John Dunphy

John Dunphy, Executive Vice President, is a 32-year veteran of the Tampa Bay industrial market. John leads the Tampa Bay industrial team, which handles occupier and investment sales for the greater Tampa Bay MSA. Prior to joining JLL, John was Managing Director of Industrial Services and Partner at Colliers International Tampa Bay specializing in the sale and leasing of user and investment property.  Since 1988, he has sold and/or leased more than 12 million square feet of space and sold in excess of 20,000 acres of land, representing more than $2 billion in transaction value.  John earned a B.A. in Finance from The University of South Florida. He received the CCIM designation from the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute and a SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.
